Ledger joined the board of directors in February of 2010. With more than 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ledger is the Founder and Managing Partner at Tamalpais Partners. He previously served as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of eCompanies Venture Group where he managed an Internet focused, strategic venture capital fund with investors that included Sprint, Disney, EarthLink and Sun America. Prior to founding eCompanies Venture Group, Ledger served as Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at San Francisco Investment Group and Kayne Anderson Investment Management. He began his career at Fidelity Management and Research as an Equity Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. Ledger is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
Richard K. Coleman Jr. Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Richard K. Coleman, Jr. is a private investor and business advisor. His company, Rocky Mountain Venture Services (RMVS) has helped technology companies plan and launch of new business ventures and restructuring initiatives since 1998. He has served in a variety of senior operational roles, including CEO of Vroom Technologies, COO of Metronet Communications, and President of US West Long Distance and has also held significant officer level positions with Frontier Communications, Centex Telemanagement, and Sprint Communications culminating in his appointment to lead its Technology Management Division. Mr. Coleman began his career as an Air Force Telecommunications Officer managing Department of Defense R&D projects. He has served as an Adjunct Professor for Regis University’s Graduate management program and is a guest lecturer for Denver University, focusing on leadership and ethics.
Mr. Coleman has served on a number of private, public, and non-profit boards and currently serves on the board of directors of NTS, Inc., where he serves as Chariman of the Strategy Advisory Committee, on Track Innovations Ltd., and Aetrium Incorporated, where he serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Coleman holds a B.S. Degree from the United States Air Force Academy, an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, and is a graduate of the United States Air Force Communications Systems Officer School.
Elliott Brackett
Elliott joined the board of directors in September of 2008, bringing more than 20 years of experience in new product funding, marketing, acquisitions and turnarounds. Throughout his career, Elliott has been focused on introducing new products to mass markets, gaining international brand recognition and turning companies profitable within the shortest possible time. In 1988, Elliott rescued Lifetime Automotive Products from bankruptcy turning it into an overnight success story. Elliott is a co-founder of Encrypto Inc., is a key founder of NexQL, and currently serves as a consultant for SCA Promotions and Davis Technologies International. Elliott holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
Joseph joined the Board on March 1, 2011, adding to the Board's strategic, operational, financial and governance capabilities. He held the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Ingenient Technologies, Inc., an embedded software solutions company, from September 2007 through November 2010. From June 2000 through October 2006, Joseph held various positions at U.S. Robotics Corporation, an Internet communications product company, including Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining U.S. Robotics, he was a partner with Grant Thornton LLP where he served for more than 20 years in various leadership positions at the international, national and regional levels. Joseph has advised multiple boards and management teams with respect to strategic, operational and financial matters. He is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He currently serves as a director of Sparton Corporation, a NYSE-listed company, Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Compensation Committee and is a past member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Don joined the board of directors in May 2009, providing a wealth of experience and a global network of industry contacts from a long and successful career focused on sales. A recognized leader in business management, Don brings a significant track record of delivering revenue generating strategies within the high-tech sector. Beginning his career in systems and sales at IBM, he continued achieving consistent corporate growth results for more than 20 years at Amdahl Corp. He then held sales executive positions at Tarantella, StorageTek and Sun Microsystems where received numerous accolades for business excellence, including achievements such as leading his Amdahl sales team to number one in U.S. revenue for 15 consecutive years. Currently, Don serves as Vice President for the Texas division of Alliance Technology Group. Throughout his career, he has built a solid reputation for excellence in providing business solutions for his customers' processor, storage, and data management needs. As a result, he has gained trusted relationships with end-user executives, channel partners and industry experts. Don has also been involved with a wide variety of civic activities, which has led him to serve on the board of many organizations. He now serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the Computer Science Engineering Department at Southern Methodist University where he was an honors graduate with a B.S. in mathematics. He subsequently received a M.S. in mathematics from Louisiana State University where he also taught Mathematics for two years.
